Fees and Format

Session Fees

Session fees vary by service type, provider, and format (individual, couples, group, or consultation). Current rates are discussed directly during the initial conversation to ensure clarity and alignment before beginning.

Fees reflect the time, training, and professional expertise involved in providing integrative, individualized care.

Session Length & Format

Most individual sessions are scheduled for standard therapeutic time blocks. Hypnotherapy sessions are normally longer than talk therapy sessions.

Sessions may be offered:

  • In person (when available)
  • Via secure telehealth
  • Individually, with couples, or in group formats (where applicable)

Payments

Payment for most services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Hypnotherapy Payment Process

Hypnotherapy has a distinct payment structure. The first meeting is a Discovery Call, which is a 25‑minute session requiring a $27 deposit. If the client and clinician mutually agree to proceed with hypnotherapy, the $27 deposit is applied toward the hypnotherapy fee.

The $27 deposit is non‑refundable for no‑shows.

Insurance‑Related Payments

For clients using insurance, we estimate copay or deductible amounts using our provider portal (Availity). In some cases, the estimated amount may differ from the final determination made by the insurance company.

As a result, clients may owe an additional balance, or credit may be applied to the account. Any account credits may be refunded upon request or applied toward future session fees.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash or check
  • Credit or debit cards
  • HSA/FSA funds (when eligibility criteria are met)
  • Alternative payment platforms such as PayPal or Cash App

Receipts & Invoices

Invoices and receipts can be provided upon request.

Miscellaneous

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Your session time is reserved specifically for you.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Location & Telehealth

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA‑compliant platform and are available to clients located in approved jurisdictions at the time of service.

Hypnotherapy services are available worldwide. Mental health therapy services, however, are currently limited to clients physically located in the State of Arkansas at the time of session, in accordance with licensure requirements. Therapy may be provided either in person or via telehealth.

In‑person sessions are offered by appointment and are subject to availability. Location details and any requirements will be discussed prior to scheduling. The office is located in Lowell, Arkansas.

Professional Boundaries

Services are provided within the scope of professional ethics and applicable licensure laws. Non‑clinical offerings are clearly distinguished from psychotherapy and do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

If a service is not appropriate for your needs, referrals or alternative options may be discussed.
